Returns
We hope you love your Jaq Gellard pieces. Each garment is produced in limited runs with intention, and we encourage thoughtful purchasing. That said, if something’s not quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit, subject to availability and our returns policy. We’ll always do our best to ensure you feel confident and supported in your purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be sent back in their original packaging
We do not accept returns on:
Garments showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns initiated after the 7-day window
Sale or discounted items
All Jaq Gellard pieces are carefully inspected before dispatch as part of our quality control process.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email returns@jaqgellard.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking receipt
We are not liable for returns lost in transit
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please get in touch- we’ll always try to accommodate your request. Due to limited inventory, the best way to secure the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item for store credit or a refund (if eligible).
Refunds & Store Credit
We offer the following return options:
Store credit (recommended)
Refunds – available in cases of faulty or incorrect items
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
