Shipping
Dispatch & Fulfilment
All orders are shipped from our Sydney-based HQ. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During peak periods, slight delays may occur. All parcels require a signature on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
We currently ship across Australia and internationally via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, customs, or unforeseen delays. Business days refer to Monday–Friday and exclude public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders over $300 AUD include free standard shipping.
Orders under $300 AUD: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
International Shipping
Orders over $600 AUD include free standard international shipping.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
We ship all international orders Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged once your order arrives in your country. These charges vary by region, and we cannot estimate them in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid any surprises.
You can use SimplyDuty’s Import Calculator for a general estimate, though actual fees may differ.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and cannot be redelivered, it may be returned to sender, abandoned, or destroyed by local authorities. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in these circumstances.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made especially for you and will ship once available. Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your piece.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Please note: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once processed. They are eligible for store credit only, in line with our returns policy.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as a signature is required upon delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update your shipping details or make a change? Email us at orders@jaqgellard.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to cancel or amend it.
Item Availability
In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you immediately and offer either a suitable replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
